Nowadays, we frequently encounter situations that require us to improve and adapt. Our responsibilities and expectations rise while the time we need to complete all the tasks remains the same. FUPAN offers professional mental help and flexibility of communication to provide the best service to its clients using video/audio conferencing or chat and email.

Online consulting has similar advantages as live consulting but it cannot substitute in vivo sessions in any case.  Online consultants are not allowed to give an official diagnosis, prepare a mental health statement or prescribe medicine.

Up to 24 hours after your request a consultant will reach you via email or phone. He will allow you to set an appointment on his work calendar.

 If you decide to use chat therapy you will have unlimited messages on all workdays from 8 am to 8 pm. A consultant will respond by giving insight and suggesting new ways to approach a difficult situation.

It depends on your needs and personality. Some users discover that they feel better only after a couple of weeks, while others prefer to stick to consulting for a longer period, to improve their relationships and work on actualizing their potential.

Coaching is practiced by people who have skills in certain areas but do not have a formal education and a certificate for psychological consulting. Coaching has a different focus and goals than consulting.

Our team consists of mental health professionals who are licensed psychological consultants and therapists who have different specializations and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. FUPAN provides further training focused on the specifics of online therapy.

• You are under 18 or have a guardian.

• If you are in a crisis or emergency.

• You are required to be in therapy due to a court order.

• You are in a relationship that endangers your psychological and physical safety.

• You do not own a device that could connect to the internet and you cannot have a reliable internet connection.
